This system supports motorhomes up to a maximum size of 20 meters long and 3-5 meters wide, whilst the default configeration supports motorhomes up to 13 meters long and 2.5 meters wide. The cable lengths in the standard kits are 5 meters for the front camera, 10 meters for each of the side cameras and 15 meters for the rear camera. Extension cables are available to order seperately.
This system can be used with your own aftermarket display or head unit, but works best with a monitor that supports AHD which will give more HD quality. It can connect using either the RCA or 4-Pin aviation connectors.
We have available a purpose made 10.25" touch screen AHD wide screen monitor with a resolution of 1920 x 720P, which is perfectly compatible with this panoramic screen and supports touch function to control the 360 camera system.
AI Intelligent recognition of pedestrians and vehicles
On the left side of the interface, different colours are used to indicate the direction of pedestrians and vehicles and their distance from the camera. The right side of the interface displays the specific distancee between a single camera and the object.
The default state is that all four cameras are equipped with AI function, but you can choose th disable the AI funtion on some of the cameras if you wish.
Automaticly switch the view whilst driving
When the motorhome is turning left, rght, reversing or moving forward, corresponding camera images are provided to assist you in driving and to prevent accidents.
Motorhome turning left, flick the left indicator and get the 360 view below.
Motorhome turning right, flick the right indicator and get the 360 view below.
Motorhome engage reverse gear and get the 360 view below.
Motorhome moving forward and get the 360 view below.
You can also switchviews by using the remote control. Press this button and the 360 degree image view rotates once.
Rotating the knob switch allows you to swtch between different views.
The OK button allows you to swich the secondry viewing angle.
Press this button to quickly enter the limited width view.
By entering the menu settings through the remote control, more perspectives can be set such as 2D, 3D or 3.5D.
Calibration is crucial after installing the 360 degree bird view system and is done automatically from the menu using the calibration mats (sold seperately). Below is a comparison of the effect before and after calibration.
